DAWN is a decentralized broadband protocol that lets hosts deploy wireless nodes and earn for coverage, and now finances real-world network infrastructure through its USD.infra Vault, live since September 2026 for non-US users. Depositors earn Bytes points in Season 1. The documentation describes the DAWN token as the protocol's future coordination, incentive and governance layer, launched after the network and vault run in production. DAWN has raised about $48.5M, including a Series B led by Polychain.
