Circle's stablecoin-native L1

Arc is Circle's institutional-grade, EVM-compatible layer-1 for stablecoin finance, using USDC as native gas with sub-second finality and optional privacy. Its public testnet is live and mainnet is slated for September 16, 2026, with founding validators including BlackRock, Visa, Mastercard and ICE. The native ARC token has a 10B initial supply; its TGE has no exact date and is expected around or after mainnet in late 2026. Backed by Circle, BlackRock and Apollo.
