Golem (GLM) is a decentralized platform that connects users to computing power on Ethereum.
Golem Network is a decentralized platform that creates a global marketplace for computing power by connecting users who need computational resources (Requestors) with those who have spare computing capacity (Providers). Built on Ethereum, Golem enables anyone to rent out their unused CPU, GPU, or storage resources to execute complex computational tasks such as 3D rendering, machine learning, scientific simulations, and big data analysis. Tasks are automatically divided into subtasks and distributed across the network’s nodes, which process them securely using virtual machines to protect providers’ hardware.
