Euler (EUL) is a modular lending platform

Euler (EUL) is an ERC-20 governance token for the Euler protocol, a decentralized, non-custodial lending platform built on Ethereum. The protocol allows users to lend and borrow a wide range of crypto assets, leveraging risk-based asset tiers and modular architecture to manage risk and enhance capital efficiency. EUL tokens are used to participate in protocol governance, enabling holders to vote on changes to the protocol code and treasury management.

In addition to governance, EUL is utilized in Fee Flow auctions, where protocol-generated fees are periodically auctioned and converted into EUL. The token is also distributed as rewards to users who participate in lending and borrowing activities on the platform. The total supply of EUL is initially fixed for four years, after which token holders can vote to introduce a capped inflation rate.
