Korea's Toss Bank — a neobank with ~15M users — signed an MOU with the Solana Foundation, its first direct deal with the network, to pilot stablecoin cross-border payments on-chain.

Why it matters far beyond Korea: a licensed, mainstream bank putting real cross-border payments on a public chain is a blueprint banks everywhere can copy — and a major validation of Solana.
