Ondo launched Ondo Private Markets: tokenized notes on private companies before they go public. The first market, a leading pre-IPO AI company, opens for trading this week.

Each note pays out based on the company’s per-share value at a qualifying liquidity event, such as an IPO. Holders can trade 24/7, keep the tokens in their own wallets or use them in DeFi. The notes are issuer obligations, not shares, with no ownership or shareholder rights. US persons can’t buy.

Robotics, cybersecurity, biotech and infrastructure names come next. Ondo Stocks already holds over $1B across 450+ tokenized stocks and ETFs.
