HeyBrain has launched Brain into general availability, turning its AI knowledge platform into a shared workspace where employees and AI agents can work with company data, tools and models under the same permissions and governance layer.

Brain connects sources such as Google Drive and Notion and brings their context into AI tools including Claude, Cursor and Codex via MCP. Employees and agents can access the same company knowledge while permissions determine what each user or agent can see.

The platform also provides centralized visibility into AI usage across employees, agents, models, API keys and workflows.

HeyBrain says the same governed context can follow users across tools including Slack, GitHub, Drive, Notion, Cursor and Codex.

Brain is now available to anyone, with users able to connect their tools, bring in their team and start working with AI in a shared environment.
