Its CoFHE coprocessor lets smart contracts work with encrypted balances, positions and trading strategies, while still enforcing their rules. The heavy cryptography runs offchain, so developers keep writing Solidity on the chains they already use.

Tokens can keep a public and a confidential balance under one contract address. Only amounts are hidden: sender, recipient and timing stay public onchain. Consensys Diligence audited the system before launch.

Fluton and Alpha Engine are the first apps building on it.
