Early Projects Radar: 9 Fresh Names This Week (Sep 23)

Nine early-stage projects that hit our radar this week, real products rather than memecoins. The theme is money rails: private credit, telecom settlement, card networks and treasury APIs are all moving onchain, with tokenized pre-IPO stocks and a Solana derivatives venue rounding out the list. Follower counts are small on purpose, you are seeing these early. With a link to each.

1/ Tare (RWA / Private Credit)

An onchain back office for private credit: originate, service, fund and invest in loans from a single platform. Raised a $13.25M seed led by Blockchain Capital, with Janus Henderson among the investors. Personal loans are already live.

2/ Iris (Telecom Payments)

The financial network for telecom operators. Carriers plug in the billing, identity and distribution they already run and switch on new revenue modules, all settled in USDi, a dollar-backed stablecoin. VIVA, a licensed LatAm carrier, is already live on it. Public launch at Avalanche Summit in New York this month.

3/ Colossus (Stablecoin Payments)

A new card network that settles in stablecoins. It works with the same cards and terminals, running alongside Visa and Mastercard: transactions route through Colossus where supported and fall back to legacy rails where not. Built by Joseph DeLong, former CTO of SushiSwap.

4/ Deriverse (Derivatives DEX)

A fully onchain, non-custodial Solana DEX for spot, perpetuals, options and futures, built for algorithmic traders. $2.32B all-time volume across 23.4M trades, per the project's own dashboard.

5/ Pelagos (Cross-chain Infra)

An execution layer where multichain actions settle as one: every step commits everywhere, or nothing executes. No bridges, no wrapped assets. Private testnet is live across Bitcoin, Solana, Polygon and BSC test networks.

6/ Otim (Treasury & Payments)

An orchestration layer for finance platforms: hold funds, route yield and move money across rails through one API. Built on EIP-7702, so any Ethereum wallet can delegate automated, policy-bound actions.

7/ OpenPond (AI Agents)

An open-source workspace where people and AI agents complete real tasks in local or cloud sandboxes. Its Refiner learns from finished work and, when the evidence supports it, trains task-specific models with reinforcement learning.

8/ OpenStocks (Tokenized Pre-IPO)

Trade tokenized exposure to private companies before they go public: Anthropic, Figure AI, Neuralink, Anduril and more, with prices streaming 24/7. Built on BNB Chain and backed by YZi Labs.

9/ Loans.fun (Lending)

Lending against tokenized stocks, reduced to one token. No vault, deposit or share token: lenders buy a single token on Robinhood Chain, and borrowers earn it back as they pay interest. Brand-new, the project appeared this month.

The pattern this week: the plumbing of finance is moving onchain from the edges in. Not just DeFi-native tools, but private credit desks, telecom carriers and card networks settling in stablecoins, while pre-IPO equity keeps getting wrapped into tradeable tokens. These are early-stage projects, several pre-token or pre-launch, so higher upside comes with higher risk. Do your own research; nothing here is financial advice.
