Circle Internet Group (NYSE: CRCL) published its third quarter 2026 results on November 4, with onchain USDC transaction volume reaching $13.9 trillion, up 49% year over year. Average USDC in circulation rose 8% to $73.3 billion.

Total revenue and reserve income reached $865 million (up 17%), net income from continuing operations came in at $226 million, and adjusted EBITDA jumped 85% to $317 million.

Reserve income fell 8% to $658 million as the reserve return rate dropped 61 bps. Other revenue filled the gap, climbing to $207 million on the back of $182 million from the ARC token presale.

The quarter also included the Arc public mainnet launch on September 16, a $100 million equity investment from Binance, and an agreement to acquire Singapore-based payments platform Tazapay, expected to close in 2027.
