Chainlink launched CCIP 2.0, the new version of its cross-chain standard, now live for all institutions and digital asset issuers.

Issuers can run their own verifiers on top of Chainlink's 16-node committee, set how fast transfers settle and enforce KYC, AML and sanctions checks on every transfer. Aave, Maple and Lombard are among the first adopters.

CCIP secures over $84B in cross-chain token value, and $15B+ migrated to it in the last 4 months, including WBTC and cbBTC.
