Aave has begun rolling out early access to its iOS mobile app, starting August 26 with a limited first batch of Ghost Passes, invites that let a holder skip the waitlist entirely and give a friend instant access to the app.

Users can open the Aave App and check the activity section to see how many Ghost Passes they hold, with recipients also notified by email or push. The first batch went to users onboarded through 1:1 interviews, early waitlist joiners, and the accounts that referred the most friends. Later batches roll out on a rolling basis to users with high referral rates and those active in support of the app on X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, where Aave is also running giveaways.

Aave will widen access in the next weeks as onboarding continues. For now, staying active on socials and asking friends whether they already hold a pass are the quickest routes onto the app.
