Telegram has launched Managed Bots, a feature enabling users to create and manage AI-powered agents inside Telegram without coding.

Users can create an AI agent via a shareable link, confirm its name and username, and launch it instantly. The process removes the need for BotFather commands, token handling, or server setup for basic use cases.
