Strive buys 6,182 BTC for $511.4M, lifting holdings to 43,000 BTC

The Nasdaq-listed bitcoin treasury company kept up its October buying spree, adding another 6,182 BTC between October 17 and 23 at an average price of about $82,732 per coin.

The purchase cost $511.4M and brought Strive's total holdings to 43,000 BTC, up from 36,818 BTC a week earlier.

The buy was funded through new issuance: Class A common stock outstanding rose by about 3.3 million shares to 118.1 million, and the company issued 7 million shares of its 15% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock. Cash and equivalents still grew from $317.5M to $504.4M over the period.

It is Strive's third disclosed purchase this month, after 2,822 BTC on October 12-13 and 1,223 BTC on October 14-16. The model ties share count growth directly to the pace of bitcoin accumulation, leaving the company reliant on continued access to capital markets.
