Sophon to shut down its mainnet on November 30, withdrawals due by Nov 25

The ZKsync-based network has set a hard exit date: in its October 19 announcement, the team told users to move SOPH, ETH and USDC off the chain and claim staking, Guardian and farm rewards before key infrastructure starts closing.

Withdrawal deadline: November 25. Final mainnet shutdown: November 30.

The five-day gap is not extra time: claim sites and bridges may stop working before the chain stops producing blocks, and Sophon warns that funds left behind could become permanently inaccessible. Liquid assets and rewards go through the official claims portal, while Sophon Farm deposits need a separate step.

Exchanges have already moved on. Binance ended Sophon mainnet transfers on August 4 and now supports SOPH on Ethereum at a 1:1 ratio, while Upbit will end SOPH trading on November 16. The token itself survives as an ERC20, with the team pitching app revenue to fund buybacks and burns.
