A month of repeated exploits across crypto has pushed Solana wallet Solflare into a defensive posture: its co-founder Vidor said the team has entered a high security alert, closing access to the company's infrastructure and code.

Every change now requires multiple approvals, and no new code is allowed into production during the lockdown.

Vidor acknowledged the measures will slow development, but said he accepts the trade-off. The move is preventive: Solflare has not reported a breach, and the freeze is aimed at shrinking the attack surface while incidents across the industry continue.
