Robinhood is exploring a Stock Token tied to an actively managed ETF on Robinhood Chain with T. Rowe Price Digital Assets. If it ships, it would be the first token of its kind.

T. Rowe Price manages $1.9T in assets. Robinhood already lists over 190 Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, its Ethereum L2 built on Arbitrum, including NVIDIA, Apple and Invesco QQQ. They are debt securities backed 1:1 by the underlying shares, carry no voting rights and are not offered in the US, Canada, the UK or Switzerland.

Nothing is final yet: the product still needs legal due diligence, issuer board approval, final terms and regulatory clearance.
