A trader who used a dedicated wallet only for the prediction market found it emptied, with the funds sent to Tornado Cash. Several other wallets in the same cluster showed similar losses, all linked to Predict.fun activity.

An onchain sleuth has identified 19 victims with combined losses of about 105 ETH (roughly $260K), and the count is likely to grow.

The stolen funds are being bridged to Ethereum and then forwarded to the mixer. The cause is not yet confirmed: a vulnerability involving Privy embedded wallets is one possible explanation, and the Predict.fun team has not responded so far. Users with remaining balances are being urged to bridge funds out.
