Poolin, once among the world's largest bitcoin mining pools before it halted withdrawals in 2022, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and set a $52 million floor bid for its Texas mining operations.

The $52 million offer is a stalking-horse (floor) bid for Poolin's Texas mining assets, setting the opening price for a court-supervised sale of the assets.
