Along with the launchpad release, Particle Network has introduced its first project - Merlin Chain (MERL). Merlin Chain is a Bitcoin Layer 2 that integrates ZK-Rollup, decentralized oracle and on-chain BTC fraud-proof modules. 

To join the sale, users need to stake ALLY tokens during February 5-10. The Sale Prize Pool is $1,000. Initial Merlin Chain's FDV is $100K.
