Together, they are developing framework for CryptoEconomic Decentralized Verifier Networks to allow projects to bootstrap a DVN on EigenLayer using any token, operator, slashing rules. 

LayerZero Labs will become the first DVN to utilize framework, accepting ETH, ZRO, and EIGEN as staking assets. LayerZero is an interoperability protocol enabling cross-chain communication.
