Users need to restake ETH in Kelp to get rewards in USDC, OP, ARB, or SD with additional EL points. All the rewards come backed with regular Kelp Miles and EigenLayer Points. Kelp DAO is a liquid restaking solution enhancing liquidity for restaked assets.
