According to Lookonchain, Bybit recovered 446,870 ETH through various means, including OTC purchases, exchange buys, and loans. 

However, concerns remain as institutional investors may hesitate due to North Korea’s alleged involvement, raising questions about how and when the $1.4 billion in stolen funds will be laundered.
