Binance Wallet launched Pre-Access, a new campaign hosted by PancakeSwap that gives users tokenized, indirect exposure to popular private companies before they potentially go public.

The program is fully on-chain and self-custodial: users join with BNB or stablecoins, then raise their allocation quota through Alpha Points and on-chain bStocks trading volume and holdings. Binance stresses the exposure is indirect and contractual, routed through third-party structures such as a fund, LP, or SPV rather than direct ownership of shares or equity, and warns the tokens are high-risk, may be illiquid, and subject to lock-ups. The first project is set to be revealed soon.

Binance frames Pre-Access as one piece of a unified on-chain TradFi journey spanning pre-IPO deals and RWAs, pitching everyday users a shot at early-stage exposure once gated by geography, wealth, or institutional privilege.
