Binance reopens withdrawals for 103 more token pairs after $6.3B hack
Five days after the October 29 breach that drained $6.3B from the exchange, Binance has moved to the second phase of its withdrawal recovery, starting at 04:00 UTC on November 3. The first phase went live on November 1.
The new batch covers 103 network-asset pairs across nine networks: BSC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base. Withdrawals for all bSTOCKS on BSC are also being reopened, alongside stablecoins such as USD1, FDUSD, RLUSD and USDC.
Assets reopen one by one after security checks, ranked by user demand over the past week, so not every listed pair becomes available at once.
Deposits were never suspended. Binance repeated that it will absorb the losses from the stolen funds and not pass them on to users, and warned of delays during the rollout due to traffic volume.
