Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our community?

Katrina

I am Community and Content person at Starly. I have been with the founding team for ages, working on several previous projects. I have an extensive background in localization and content creation and management, but - above all - I love building connections with the community.

Q2: Can you introduce Starly to us?

Katrina

We call Starly a launchpad for gamified NFT collections, as it offers content creators an end-to-end solution to launch and sell their own NFT collections to their fans and followers. Fans own, trade and sell these NFTs to bring their relationships with the creators to the next level, to represent interests and values they stand for and to turn it all into a profitable and exciting experience.

Q3: Let`s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

Launched on September 22, 2021, Starly yesterday launched its 9th collection - all of them have been really successful, and we have set the bar to ourselves very high.

At the same time we have provided an infrastructure to host the biggest Mystery Pack Giveaway during the Flow Fest for nearly 70k users of the ecosystem.

We have big plans for the future as we are just getting started. We will add more utility to the product and pump up our platform even more, based on the experience and feedback received from our Beta launch.

✅ I realized that Starly offer the possibility to create their own collections , but user are free to put their own price? Or do you realize an evaluation to put a price to each NFT?

This seems like a good place to start. We offer Creators several pricing models, and for now, as the community is cmall and we are just starting, we discuss the chosen prices with Creators, so they would be reasonable.

Starly was built on the Flow blockchain. Why was it built on the Flow blockchain and what advantages does building on Flow blockchain have on Starly? Is this the reason why Starly was chosen as the host of FlowFest Mystery Pack giveaway?

We did our research and chose Flow blokchain for several reasons - it is highly scalable and delivers performance and attributes for mainstream adoption. Even more so, it's also environmentally sustainable, as associated energy consumption is considerably lower than alternatives.

1) As a creative and someone very interested in Starly. What do I need to become a creator on Starly platform?

2) What are the major advantage of your NFT marketplace compare to other competitors?

Katrina

At the moment, as mentioned - we are still just starting, therefore we hand pick all users. In the future our vision is to enable all Creators with devoted communities to be able to create their collections on Starly. But you can always reach out at hello@starly.io. 2) We were really honored to be chosen as the strategic partner of Flow Fest and to host Mystery pack giveaway.

Could you give us the main characteristics of the collectible cards offered by STARLY, tell us how many types exist, how they differ, what makes them special, unique and valuable and also tell us what we must do to acquire a pack of these cards?

Each collection comes in a set of 21 cards — 11 Commons, 6 Rare, and 4 Legendary. Creators upload visuals and descriptions for NFT cards. They are organized randomly in sealed packs with also three different rarity classes. In our latest collection launched yesterday, we introduced also some Easter eggs - higher ranking cards are randomly hidden in the lower rank packs 🙂

As an NFT artist based in Africa and willing to join Starly, how can I join and form a partnership with Starly Platform? What do I need to do to get started and what are the things you look out for in those artists you would like to be part of the Starly platform?

Katrina

As mentioned before - we are very picky at the moment, but we do look for more unique, original and amazing artists. Especially we love a good story telling. We have set the bar for ourselves really high, but please feel free to reach out and introduce yourself.

Note that one of the products that Starly offers is the creation of e collections, but could you really tell us about the steps to follow to create them? and also what will be the cost of it?

Katrina

Artists provide visuals, descriptions and titles for cards. The process does not require any investment - we take our comission only AFTER the cards are sold.

Starly have legendary packages and NFTs. Where can these packages and NFTs be sold or bought? Can we buy/sell on platforms like Opensea?

What exciting opportunities will Starly bring for users in the future?

For the moment we have a secondary market for Collection cards on Starly, and we are going to improve it. We are also integrated with BloctoBay - all Starly cards can be listed there. I believe that the future will bring more exciting opportunities - we and different partners work on it. Opensea and other big players are already working on integrating flow to their service line, meaning Starly cards could later be sold on the major player marketplaces.

Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

Does your project support staking program? if yes. how is your stake system work, what is the requirement for user if they want to stake in your platform? Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?🌷

Katrina

Yes, VIP membership which gives access to premium features, incl. early access to the drops, access to exclusive drops, rebates, etc. We have token burning plan as well.

Starly is a launchpad for gamified NFT collections. However, I wonder if you will expand in the future, and accept NFT collections by individual artists? Is that an idea you are willing to consider? Many people look for stable platforms to sell their NFTs, so this might be a great opportunity! Thanks in advance!

We have big plans - this is just a beginning. We do believe there is a lot of room for improvement in NFT space, we also believe that all Creators should be able to take their relationship with community to the next level. We will grow some muscle and build a space ship... not really, but our launchpad will be sending creators to the moon and further.

Could you tell us a little about how many releases Starly have already made, and how many of them have been really successful, and which ones not so much?

Yesterday we dropped our 9th collection - 2nd one with amazing sports artist Lakshe. We are actually really proud and happy about all the collections we have launched so far. The quality of them is amazing and feedback from Community really good. While we will enable more and more Creators, we still will keep our featured collections on the top level

Who are partners and vcs

VCs - Animoca Brands, Spartan Group, Appworks are just a few of them, stay tuned for official announcement on our Telegram channel.

As for partners - we work really close with Dapper team and Blocto. Recently we have received a $ 500’000 grant from Dapper Labs as recognition for teams’ efforts to support the Flow blockchain community and now we are working closely with the team to develop an internal marketplace on Starly that will allow Flow ecosystem partners to sell their NFTs.
@mykocryptodiffer I believe that would be all from me, as I can talk about Starly for hours, but that might interfere with your other plans 🙂
