Hi, I am Karim Quazzani, founder and CEO of Pawtocol but it isn’t just about me, it’s about the a list team. Q2: Can you briefly tell us what is Pawtocol in 3-5 sentences?

We are building a multi-functional platform that seamlessly integrates into the average pet parent’s daily life to make crucial pet care decisions easier, reduce the lifetime cost of pet ownership, and ultimately improve the lives of pets everywhere by using cutting edge technology and rewarding the community with their official in-app rewards system, Universal Pet Income (UPI).
We have aligned ourselves with ESG principles - Environmentally and Socially responsible, with inclusive and transparent Governance - the backbone of Blockchain . We believe the fundamentals of ESG need to be embedded on every transaction in the blockchain and Pawtocol will finally provide a solution to this rising demand of ethical consumers that are not being listened to by giant corporate monopolies that only care about profit. The traditional legacy pet industry is over as we know it.

Pawtocol customer app has been finalized and ready to go. The MVP app will be in the the Apple and Google Play store "in days not weeks" . But This is not about an app, but as you follow along you will realize we are building an entire ecosystem where the pet industry could move to as an alternative from the existing one where transparency will be rewarded.
The Biodegradable Blockchain Pet Tag by GreenDogi powered by Pawtocol i being manufactured as we speak. We are making the most ethical pet tag ever made and from its onset, it has been designed with ESG principles -- Environmentally and Socially responsible, with inclusive and transparent Governance - the backbone of Blockchain.
This pet tag carries all your pets’ information from their medical records, diet, fitness, and loss return information. You’ll always feel safe knowing your furry friend is sporting our tag. It also creates a permanent ID for your pet on the blockchain.
We just signed a major deal and are about to be on National television including Fox News and Blommberg. To attract global attention we're launching a massive global television campaign. We started filming our first interview with Jane King. The TV segments will follow Pawtocol for one year
The interviews will broadcast across the entire FMW Media Television network. Each interview will reach over 95 million homes on Fox Business Network, 124 million on Bloomberg Television, 50 million on Newsmax T.V., and 2.7 million homes on KRON. Times and dates TBA.
We have a unique partnership with
EZVet, which has plans to expand into 400 locations in the Southern US. With this pilot program, pet owners will be able to exchange data accumulated from their Blockchain Dog Tag for a free visit for first time clients.

1. In order for a token like the $UPI to become a success in the crypto ecosystem, it has to have some utilities that will attract users. What are the utilities of the $UPI that will make it become a success?

2. As a business owner, how can my business benefit from the Pawtocol app?

One of the most unique innovations of our platform is the Data Marketplace, a first of its kind, peer-to-peer exchange for users to safely sell their data directly to companies and groups that want to buy it, without revealing sensitive personal details. While utility tokens can often be vague about their use, Pawtocol’s UPI token is the settlement currency for B2C and B2B communications within the ecosystem.

Also, with our UPI token users will be able to buy goods and services on the platform and as mentioned, UPI can be used to pay for vet visits with our unique partnership with EZ Vets.

How a complaint is Pawtocol with different countries' regulations regarding Animal laws and welfare?

Many projects focus on the DeFi industry. Why focus on Pet Industry? How do you intend to revolutionize the industry by leveraging on blockchain technology?

We have several vets and animal rescue organizations on board and compliant on a borderless platform that is friendly enough with all laws. More to come soon!

I'd like you to expand our knowledge about your tokenomics. What role does it play in your platform and how would you incentivize people to use and hold it?
Token Burn and buybacks have also been trending lately. What are your thoughts and plans on this? Deflationary/Inflationary tokens?

Karim Quazzani

It is a utility token that is expected to appreciate with increasing demand as services and users are added. It is the exclusive payment method for pricing of goods and services, including data, on the network. It is finite in supply and the burn schedule will destroy 50% of the initial supply. The burn comes from small transaction fees.

There is no minimum. UPI is used as a gas system to cover transaction processing costs on ethereum so some UPI is needed to get things done. Each dog tag ships with a starter balance that is sufficient to set up the tag.

The revenue streams described are real-time micropayments. The model is similar to PPC and uses price discovery to set the values. Users who receive targeted ads may set minimum asks to reveal information to assist with targeting. There is no minimum account balance to operate a campaign but funds must be available to settle transactions in real-time.

We are aiming to disrupt the entire pet industry. Instead of building a corporation, Pawtocol is creating a pet community where the entire economy and its incentives is around the well being of the pet. The community consists of an ecosystem of pet parents, suppliers, and service providers. We are instilling trust back into the community, And yes we are disruting the VET industry by showing users how to pay for visits with their own data.

There is nothing different. Same expert vet's with exceptional visits. The difference is you get to pay with your data!

Well, our ultimate goal is to have the community supply the entire ecosystem with UPI. Think of yourself as the future gas supplier of the entire pet industry.For us community always comes first.
