Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our community?

Hey guys, I am Kartik Arora.
I have been working on the community/marketing front in this industry for more than 4 years now, and I have built a fairly good network since.

I have worked for quite a few projects while being in the background, and recently got this opportunity to be a contributor in the MILC Project. I will be leading the marketing front for MILC, and will be using my well-established network to create most awareness about it.

A little Team Background:

MILC platform is being developed by Welt der Wunder TV team.
Welt der Wunder has been in the media industry for over 25 years, and are a well-established firm in Germany and the DACH region. They have years/decades of experience in Content management, licensing, buying/selling, production and broadcasting industry.

MILC platform will take the media industry a step ahead by solving some prevalent issues that this industry faces all over the world. 🎬

Q2: Can you introduce MILC to us?

MILC's vision is to make the world of content more fairer, profitable, faster, accessible, and transparent to all participants, whether professionals or everyday users.

Team has experienced various issues in the media industry, because of which the team decided to work on the MILC platform in order to solve all such recurring/hectic issues.

About MILC platform:

MILC platform aims to provide the industry with an open new marketplace for every professional and non-professional content provider and buyer that incorporates cutting-edge broadcast, blockchain and AI-technology which can become a game-changer for the entire media content industry.

It solves four fundamentally important challenges of the global media industry:
- Global availability,
- Discovery process for Buyers,
- Complex licensing,
- Early feedback from viewers.

MILC will ease up the licensing process, help in reducing the cost of generated content by removing middlemen, get early feedback on generated content directly from the consumers, and will make the content available all around the world in one go.

Q3: Let`s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

Last few years has been great for us on the product side.

Our platform was internally tested on two big media firms: WeltderWunder and SwissTXT (our technical partner).
MILC platform was internally tested for few years, and ran without any downtime.

Over the years, we added many features to the platform. AI-translation and subtitling, a Content Launchpad, update the structure to support non-professional creators, free licensing templates and so on.

All of these features should make a creator/user stick to the MILC paltform for all his needs. 👌👌

You mention that in the global media industry there are many problems, and that MILC will be able to solve them through blockchain technology, but could you detail us a little about this problem? How much has it affected the media and how does blockchain solve it?

- Removal of middlemens (Content uploaded digitally)
- Time saving and convenient (upload content from home)
- Eliminates Licensing costs (Provides Free Licensing templates)
- Reduces Content cost by 30-50%, leading to better price discovery
- Easy to trade any content. Process is made super-easy and simple for all participants.
- Provides opportunity to viewers to earn, and producers to get early feedback
- A career jumpstart platform for good content creators

Will your platform also support audio and music licensing or only videos?

Kartik Arora

Though videos will consist majority of the content on the platform, any kind of content can be uploaded and monetized.

This includes Audios and Art too.
Very easy and convenient licensing process, thus most creators will prefer this blockchain-enabled digital marketplace.

What is the use of $MLT later in your project, can you do staking with $MLT tokens then are there sales or IDO and the like to get $MLT tokens?

Kartik Arora

The token of MILC platform will be $MLT.

- $MLT token will be used to pay for any purchase taking place on MILC platform. $MLT token represents a one-click-solution including contract signature, approval and payment.

- $MLT token will also be used as a governance token for the community to propose and vote for changes in the platform features, or in token utility.

- The MILC platform will also act as a "Content Launchpad", where content creators can get funded for their work, and $MLT token will be required to participate in that.

- And we will also support the $MLT token staking with our platform launch. 👌🎬🎬

✅ According to what I could read the Welt der Wunder TV company is behind the MILC development, correct? Can you tell us a little bit about the background and reputation of this company? Why do you think they are the right ones to undertake a project like this? Do they have good backing from other content producers worldwide?

Correct.
Welt der Wunder is the parent company behind the MILC platform.

Welt der Wunder is a well established brand in the Germany/DACH region.
Established in 1996, it has become a favourite channel for every home in Germany.

Q. Regarding the legal aspect, could you tell us the steps you are currently taking to help ensure the platform is free from any form of sanction or threat from media regulators or whosoever is in charge of regulation? Are your services approved in your present jurisdiction?

Kartik Arora

A creator will have to pass a small KYC procedure to be able to upload any content on the MILC platform.

This is required for regulatory purpose only, in order to stop any copyrighted/illegal content from being uploaded in the platform. KYC demotivates such wrong acts.

That's correct.
Choose the template which best suits your need, and matches the regulations of our country.
Free templates eliminates the 30-50% charged by lawyers.

$MLT holders can participate in LaunchPad projects. Can you please tell what kind of projects will they be? Will there be any kind of projects, or will it be only related with what Milc is offering? Such as only content projects.

That is correct.

The launchpad will be for "content".
Any creator will be able to show demo/trailer of their content, and receive crowd funding in return.

Great platform, completely community-governed.

Can you describe how is burn system work in your project? Because I think burn is important to up value and price of token?

Kartik Arora

0.5% of all purchase transactions will be burned.
This metric can be changed in future through community-governance.
