Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our community?

Hi all, my name is Anna Norrevik and I'm the CEO of Antler Interactive, which is the studio behind My Neighbor Alice. I've been 7 years in the games industry including 5 years at Paradox Interactive, as team leader/producer for 7 expansions, including the largest game project at Paradox, Crusader Kings 3, which was released in 2020.

Hi all! My name is Lenny Pettersson and the CMO of Antler Interactive. I have 15+ years of experience within the media & gaming industry. Before Antler I worked 8 years as Senior Marketing Manager for the Nordic & Baltic region at Turner a WarnerMedia company. Vast experience in launching original IPs (such as Adventure Time, Ben 10 and Powerpuff Girls) for Cartoon Network.

My name is Anastasia. And I am working with Marketing together with the Antler Interactive team. My background: I have an MA in Business and Marketing. Ex-professional athlete and gamer. 😊 I am working closely with blockchain, crypto, and gaming and have vast experience in these fields.

And Antler Interactive was founded in 2016 and we are an interactive game studio based in Stockholm, Sweden. Conceived from and previously known as SVRVIVE Studios, a pioneer in VR with globally best selling and award-winning titles. Antler Interactive is a revival of our passion for immersive experiences and a transition into a focus on mobile tech and games.

Since 2016 we have released six game titles, including both VR and AR technology. We have always loved experimenting with new tech and in 2018 we started looking into what we could do with blockchain.

Q2: Can you introduce My Neighbor Alice to our audience?

My Neighbor Alice is a creative social multiplayer builder game, where anyone can buy and own virtual islands, collect and build exciting items, and meet new friends. Inspired by successful games such as Animal Crossing, the game combines the best of the two worlds - a fun narrative for regular players who want to enjoy the gameplay experience as well as an ecosystem for players who want to collect and trade NFTs, even if they have no idea what an NFT is.

Our goal is to make My Neighbor Alice not just a game for blockchain players. But a game to introduce blockchain to millions of players.

Q3: Let`s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

That's a great question and a very important milestone was reached when we secured both financial support as well as strategic partners that will be of great importance for this project. That combined with our current team aboard makes us really excited about the future of this project. You can read more about it in the Announcement channel for My Neighbor Alice. We started developing My Neighbor Alice in 2020 and have so far created an early prototype available for the early token holders.

We have a roadmap filled with a massive amount of content. Both blockchain specifics but also multiplayer aspects such as socializing, trading, doing activities and quests and much more.

Can other kinds of games be built on the MyNeighborAlice infrastructure or is it not allowed? If not, do you plan to expand there in the future?

Hi Derek, it will be possible to create your own kind of mini-games in MNA, to play with your friends on your own land plot. We don't have any plans to currently let other people use the infrastructure in itself to create completely new game, but who knows what the future holds.

What are the main differences between the Alice and other DeFi? Why is Alice better?

The game is different in several ways. One is that our primary target audience is non-blockchain people, which means that we will create a very smooth onboarding for those people that have never heard of a crypto wallet and that they, later in the game, find out about the benefits of using blockchain to monetize their efforts and trade with friends.

A second difference is that our primary platform to start with will be Steam, even though we're planning for more platforms later. Also, I think we have a much distinct visual identity with a broader appeal than the other games in the blockchain market. Who wouldn´t want to have Alice as a neighbor?!😃

Considering that My neighbor Alice has a Steam relationship that means that Will be only a PC Game? Or do you have planned integrated to Mobile devices?

We´re developing the game in Unity and will initially distribute it on PC via Steam but we´re looking at other platforms as well, mobile of course being one of them. Our ambition is to make the game accessible to as many players as possible while still delivering a high quality game experience.

Most of the ALICE tokens are reserved for user rewards. Which members can qualify for rewards? Which players will be the best rewarded in the game?

There are two sources of getting rewarded in My Neighbor Alice - crypto and traditional.

Traditional sources of monetization might include, for example:
In-game store with:
Purchase of in-game ALICE token in different packages i.e. small, medium, large;
Purchase of in-game items (NFTs) such as exclusive buildings etc. where price would depend on item and exclusivity
Season pass: Price TBA
Daily item rewards, earn reputation faster, get a boost in your earnings etc
“Alice welcome packages”
Purchase of customization for Avatars, the possibility to change the name, or re-locate players’ buildings.
