Of course! My name is Emanuil, I'm a co-founder and CEO of Ispolink. I have obtained Bachelors degree in University of Sheffield, specializing in business management. Iโm very passionate about the blockchain space and I have been actively involved since 2017. My professional background includes roles such as blockchain analyst, business development manager and vendor manager in leading companies

Ispolink is a novel cross-chain platform for tech talents which leverages by Binance Smart Chain and Polygon's layer 2 scaling technology. Our primary goal is to empower blockchain firms to efficiently and effectively find industry-leading talents with our end-to-end solution which utilizes AI. Thereโs underlying meaning behind the name, Ispolin means giant and we pair it with the word link in order to indicate that we connect great talents with businesses seamlessly. Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Alright We've managed to attain amazing traction both on product development and marketing side. Ispolink has received backing by some of the major crypto VCs, we had quite successful IDO hosted on 3 of the most popular launchpads โ Ignition, Dao pad and gate. As of now, our tech team is working around the clock to release our closed beta very soon. BSC and Polygon integrations and bridges are being developed. Aside from BSC and Polygon,which other networks you wish to integrate in the future? Why do you choose to integrate BSC and Polygon first? What advantages and good benefits it brings to Ispolink? Emanuil
The main purpose of implementing Polygonโs layer 2 is to drive down the extremely high gas fees while faster and more decentralized payments. On the other hand, we want to be compatible with the rapidly growing BSC ecosystem and benefit from their affordable transactional costs.To sump up, our users would able to switch between 3 networks when utilizing the Ispolink platform Cryptodiffer Community
Now there are many DeFi projects, even now there are many people interested in DeFi tokens. what advantages does it have to ISP to attract investors and the public to be interested? Emanuil
We have prepared multiple incentives to attract users and big companies. Some of them are - In-app stacking to engage users and
- When you invite and they get hire, you can claim ISP tokens
As for the companies, we have matchmaking and AI algorithms to help them find the best talent.
We also plan to introduce analysis on Github profiles of developers to help hiring process

Is it true that with Ispolink, businesses can source talents on their own without the need of intermediaries who charge exorbitant fees? If so, i must say this is a problem worth solving, could you tell us how exactly this is made possible, any special technology behind it? Emanuil
Yes, we're training robust algorithms in-house to extract and analyze information from resumes. Together with the matching algorithm we have implemented, we can precisely rate the compatibility of the candidate to the given job posting โ from 0-100%. The matching algorithm will return the percentage โ e.g. 75%, based on soft skills, hard skills, education and experience. Cryptodiffer Community
I love this project is placing importance on the community aspect. Itโs something that I think is lacking in a lot of projects. How can us early investors really help ISPOLINK grow before it launches? From providing liquidity to general participation, what different roles are there when it goes live? Emanuil
Thanks for the great question. We are about to launch a liquidity program and staking rewards in order to incentivize the ISP token holders. Furthermore, users would be able to earn tokens when they refer friends, when they get verified and perform various social tasks Cryptodiffer Community
How come did this idea realize? As LinkedIn and many freelancer platforms cover most of the headhunt-job looking ecosystem. Emanuil
LinkedIn is in general a platform for establishing professional connections. Although they have options for publishing jobs and finding employees, their product is quite different. Unlike LinkedIn, Ispolink is a full-cycle platform which facilitates firms to efficiently manage all stages of the hiring process, including interviews on the platform. Liquidity, Transaction fees and slippage are always important factors in Finance services. How does ISPOLINK solve the above problem to attract users? Emanuil
We have recently announced our partnership with Shield Finance to help us solve some of the abovementioned problems. They will help us implement protection mechanism against wide sell off. ISP holders can sell at a guaranteed price. Cryptodiffer Community

I understand that the goal of ispolink is to attract the best talent, so what marketing strategies do you use to address this challenge? Emanuil
Our user acquisition strategy is to collaborate with IT Universities and IT Academies across Europe with the goal of onboarding talented recent graduates. It has already secured a partnership with Ironhack โ the largest tech school in Europe with more than 6000, alumni as well as Junior Enterprise Europe, an NGO with more than 33,000 young talents across 16 EU countries and Dao Maker, one of the largest ecosystems in the blockchain space. Furthermore, the project is offering a special section where such talents can be discovered and highlighted on the Ispoilink platform.
