Tokenized Securities Pilot Launch
DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation), the post-trade infrastructure clearing $114 trillion in custodied assets annually, begins limited live production trades of tokenized securities in July 2026. The service covers Russell 1000 stocks, major index ETFs, and U.S. Treasury bills, bonds, and notes. SEC approved the pilot via no-action letter in December 2025. 50+ firms shaped the platform including BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citadel Securities, Circle, Coinbase, and Kraken.
