Hello Everyone 👋
It is our pleasure being here with you

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

Hi👋

Marek SzotkowskiMarek Szotkowski

Hi!

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Welcome Marek, Robert and Vladimir, thank you for taking your time today!

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Thank you for taking time here to introduce Busy 😊

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

yes, it's also a pleasure for us)
Our team has prepared 3 questions for you to start with:
Let`s start with the introduction !
Q1: Can you introduce yourself to our community?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Sure, let us first introduce the Busy Team 😊
The Team has got 8 members and we are all based in Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿🇨🇿
We have been together already a year when the idea of Busy arose. We do have plenty of advisors in the team to extend to various markets and boost the development.
We are backed by many strategic partners and investors to extend the market even more and work in synergy for the long run. 💪💪
Now quickly about Vladimir, me and Marek 😊

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

I'm Vladimir Lieger, CEO & Founder at Busy Technology.
Live long freelancer and Crypto enthusiast.

From my first contact with crypto, I know this can change Everything. And that inspired me to create an idea of Busy and I hope we can make a real impact in the mainstream with our solution.

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

I am Robert Michálek, I am CTO and Co-founder at Busy Technology. I have been working as a freelancer for many years developing websites, e-shops, CMSs and web apps. I was asked by Vladimir to join Busy idea a year back. Since then, we are all together and developing Busy 😊

Marek SzotkowskiMarek Szotkowski

I’m Marek Szotkowski, the blockchain developer at Busy Technology.

I worked as a back-end developer in one of the top insurance companies in the Czech Republic (especially the development of an environment for online sales). I also worked as an embedded software developer at Asus.

I met cryptocurrencies in 2009 when I first mined bitcoin and traded, and then I went into the blockchain environment more in-depth.

Since 2014 I have been working in the blockchain and crypto sector (as a freelancer), developing some wallets and collaborating on several projects (some master nodes and staking projects).

I like math, chess, and the idea of decentralization.

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Woah! Such different stories behind each of you! Thank you for an answer)

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

And more stories to come 🚀

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Okie, after getting acknowledged with the people behind the project - let's take a closer look at the project!
Q2: Can you introduce Busy Technology to us?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Yes. Busy DAO is an engine for B2C/C2C platforms with cutting-edge blockchain technology, DeFi solutions, Utility Staking, and NFTs.
Many new platforms will be possible to be built on the Busy DAO Engine as the Engine will be available to everyone who will see an advantage in it through Smart Contracts.
It will be fast, scalable, and without expensive fees.
The project aims to create an ecosystem of global decentralized and exclusive platforms in the first stage focused on the gig economy that will compete with the current centralized giants with exclusivity, offered quality of services, and benefits associated with decentralization.

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Nice🚀, thx for an answer!
Now let's move on to the last question before the community part!
Q3: Let`s now talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

The core idea is dated back to Q1 2020 as a result of my experience with a few biggest platforms for hiring freelancers on the market – overcrowded, full of spam, unreliable workers. I just wanted some graphics to make a preview for the app. I tried 5 freelancers with 100% positive reviews and in different price ranges but as result, I chose to make the preview myself.
So I started to develop the idea to make an engine for every platform where the quality of the product will be guaranteed by sellers' economic motivation and the only technology that allowed this approach was blockchain.
In Q2 2020, the core team met and started to develop the main functions of the engine.
The early development of the engine takes already a year. In February 2021, we released our idea, and in a few days, we started to gain traction and positive feedback.
Many investors started to show strong interest and we have successfully fundraised $1.9M in the pre-sale rounds.
After this important milestone, we did a public sale on Poolz and MXC three weeks ago. Currently, $BUSY is tradable on UniSwap, MXC and newly also on Gate and there is also possible to stake $BUSY with APR 60–100% on MXC.
Now, we are in a phase of core development. We are developing testnet, block explorer, the concept of the platform and preparing to mainnet swap in the middle of this year. Once the mainnet will be live, we will develop the first DAO platform in beta version for early supporters, and at the end of this year an alpha version will be released.
But this is only the beginning. We will have our own blockchain BusyChain and everybody will be able to make smart-contracts on it and develop any platform, with benefits like scalability speed and much more.

Myko (CryptoDiffer)Myko (CryptoDiffer)

Wow! That was incredible explanation!
Thank you for such detailed and interesting answers!

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Our pleasure 😊 We can speak for many hours about Busy 😉

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Can you shortly describe the main $BUSY token utilities?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Sure. We are using the coin utilities for all core functions and the whole ecosystem, not only on the one platform. The coin utilities are: Payments / Transactions / Governance / Voting /Utility staking / Anti-Spam / Messaging / Network distribution / Smart contracts / Lending / Renting / Non-fungible tokens. The main function of the coin tethered platforms is Utility Staking. This function provides users with the option to occupate space on the platform through staking.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Many projects organize events to reach more people. Do you currently have an ongoing award program? What do you do to attract more investors.
Yes. Currently, there are and will be even more events on Gate.io. Active ones are deposit competition and getaway (see below the announcements). Apart of these activities, the early supporters will be able to participate in bug bounties, sharing feedback and improvements they would like to see there. Everything will be shared on our official channels.

Hello 🙋

Q1-,can you please tell us more about BUSY as a freelancer platform ?please share related links to have BUSY updates.

Q2- I saw BUSY offers both online and offline solutions..please tell us more about those.what are the available offline solutions ?

Thank you..

Marek SzotkowskiMarek Szotkowski

Q1:The project aims to create an ecosystem of global decentralized and exclusive platforms in the first stage focused on the gig economy that will compete with the current centralized giants with exclusivity, offered quality of services, and benefits associated with decentralization.

In our opinion, the gig economy suffers the most from the current e-com problems because current centralized platforms care only about the numbers, not quality or user experience.

Q2:Every user can select between online and offline. Offline means that the user will become a node in the Busy blockchain and perform staking. In the online solution, the platform will be tethered with the blockchain and staking will be used to have a different size of the slot based on the number of full staking addresses. We are implementing as many coin utilities as possible so it has the maximum utility for every user.

Yes. Currently, there are and will be even more events on Gate.io. Active ones are deposit competition and getaway (see below the announcements). Apart of these activities, the early supporters will be able to participate in bug bounties, sharing feedback and improvements they would like to see there. Everything will be shared on our official channels.

I have also forgotten to mention staking of $BUSY on MXC with APR 60-100% 💰💰https://www.mxc.com/mx-defi/list#mining

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

If I'm not mistaken, Busy says it will not charge any fee on it Freelance platform, though this will go along way in helping you attract more users to the platform but what about long-term survivability of the platform? Where do you intend to get the fund to help keep the platform running smoothly and efficiently or there ways in which fees would charged indirectly?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

Yes, platforms build on the BusyChain engine will be without any fees, as it is a DAO solution there is no central authority to take fees from users, it is work as a community effort and the community has the interest to sustain the whole ecosystem, main tool on the platform is utility staking which provides the necessary liquidity to sustain the whole ecosystem in the long run.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Is BUSY token listed on CoinMarketCap? Which is your main motto to do the Airdrop on your Twitter Page?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/busy/
Some kind of Airdrop events are on the way with Gate.io 🚀

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Unfortunately, Projects' tokens are taken more seriously than their technical features. So, to keep your token price stable, will there be buybacks or burning?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

Yes, burning will be part of decentralized governance.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

What is the Busy Technology service fee ? As a user, what incentives can I get?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

0 fee, 33%p.a staking reward.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Do you plan to build partnerships with local cryptocurrency developers and local project in each country to make the use of BUSY more GLOBAL ?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Partnerships are really necessary for every project. The newest partnership is with Ares protocol. We will support each other in the long-term run. Ares Protocol received a grant from Web3 and we have a lot of features in common. We will exchange our knowledge, brainstorming and force. Apart from this, we do have some negotiations with other projects too. Busy offers a wide range of services to our partners like DAO engine, governance system, renting, protection of user rights and much more.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Does BUSY have any real competitors? Especially within the “crypto world”.

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Well, in terms of technology, there are no competitors. The concept of Utility Staking on DAO platform is new and unique, nobody is using it in the current mainstream solutions.
In terms of the market competitors, there are only centralized competitors in the gig economy, like Fiverr, Upwork etc.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Do you only want to be on ethereum blockhain ecosystem or are there any plans for BUSY to create cross-chain integration between other blockchains? BSC20 Maybe?

Marek SzotkowskiMarek Szotkowski

The ERC-20 token is in Busy considered as one of the temporary supporting parts of the
whole ecosystem. During the token offering and the development period, the ERC-20
token will be used due to its reliable properties and already established adoption.
However, as the more advanced blockchain will be required, a mainnet swap will be
performed and all ERC-20 tokens will be swapped in a ratio of 1: 1 to the Busy mainnet
coins. Our blockchain will be compatible with ethereum network and with some others. This is one of the things we are currently working on.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

Why in the first phase gig economy/freelance?

Robert MichalekRobert Michalek

Yes, in the gig economy there are a lot of problems that can be solved through leveraging Web 3.0 solutions. Currently, there are some centralized solutions for freelancers, but all have the same problems in common: centralization, censorship, quantity over quality, low-quality, overcrowded and spam offers and mainly high fees (somewhere it is more than 30%! 😱). Blockchain can mitigate the problems in a decentralized way and, moreover, as already mentioned, the users will be part of the ecosystem and they will be included in the future development, they will be randomly selected from blockchain to decide potential issues between the freelance and end-user and so on.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

When will the world stop being afraid to use DAO? What is Busy Technology doing for the mass adoption of its technology?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

We can't predict, but we are trying to bring DAO into the mainstream.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

How does BUSY scale? Are there potential limits?

Marek SzotkowskiMarek Szotkowski

We are using a modified PBFT consensus in which we implemented a VRF function that improve scalability.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

What is the reason for the recent volume decline?

Vladimír LiegerVladimír Lieger

Because the current market is driven only by speculation.

Cryptodiffer CommunityCryptodiffer Community

If I want to invest in project Busy Technology, how do I track that project on a daily or weekly basis, do you have a team in the same project that I plan to invest in?
